Terms & Conditions for eEmora Gifting Services

eEmora operates a proprietary digital gifting platform that enables users ("Senders") to design, personalize, and deliver custom emotional gift cards accompanied by optional monetary values denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) to intended recipients ("Receivers").

The platform facilitates digital card delivery through unique, private reveal links. Recipients can open the sealed envelope, view the personalized message, and claim any attached monetary gift directly into their verified bank account or UPI Virtual Payment Address (VPA).

eEmora provides 100% digital goods and personalized electronic gifting experiences. We do not manufacture, sell, or ship physical tangible items.

• Fulfillment Method: Delivered electronically via encrypted web URLs, WhatsApp, or SMS.
• Delivery Timeline: Instant delivery (within 0 to 5 minutes) upon successful payment authorization.
• Shipping Charges: ₹0 (Nil - No physical courier or logistics involved).
• Confirmation: Senders receive immediate on-screen access to their shareable gift link and real-time delivery tracking.

To use eEmora, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms under applicable laws in India.

When registering or verifying your mobile number via OTP, you agree to provide true, accurate, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device, session credentials, and any gift links generated from your account.

All financial transactions on eEmora are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed through licensed, RBI-authorized Payment Aggregators (such as PayU Payments Private Limited) and National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) UPI rails.

eEmora does not operate as a bank, non-banking financial company (NBFC), or prepaid payment instrument (PPI) issuer. eEmora facilitates the seamless instruction and settlement of gift transactions directly between Senders and Receivers through authorized banking partners.

• Senders authorize the exact gift amount at checkout using authorized payment methods (UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards).
• Monetary values are securely held and disbursed upon the Recipient entering their valid UPI VPA during the unboxing/reveal experience.
• Platform fees, if applicable for premium card artwork or expedited processing, will always be transparently displayed prior to payment confirmation.

Senders are solely responsible for sharing the private reveal link with their intended Recipient through their chosen communication channel (e.g. WhatsApp, SMS, Email).

Upon opening the reveal link, the Recipient can redeem the monetary gift by providing a valid, active UPI ID (VPA) registered with an Indian banking institution. Transfers are initiated instantly upon claim submission.

Recipients must verify their UPI ID before confirming redemption. eEmora cannot reverse, recall, or re-route funds transferred to an incorrect UPI ID provided by the Recipient.

Senders may cancel an unredeemed gift at any time prior to the Recipient claiming the monetary value. Upon verified cancellation, a full refund of the authorized gift value will be initiated back to the original source payment method.

If a gift remains unclaimed after thirty (30) days from creation, eEmora will notify the Sender, cancel the active reveal link, and automatically initiate a refund of the gift value to the original payment source.

Users agree strictly not to use eEmora for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, including money laundering, harassment, or impersonation.

All proprietary software, brand assets, card designs, animations, and sound effects associated with eEmora are the exclusive property of eEmora Technology or its licensors.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
