Terms for creating and opening Emora gifts.
These terms describe how Emora should be used while the product is in testing and payment integration setup.
Service
Emora lets a sender create a private emotional gift card with a message, recipient name, gift value in INR, payment mode, and shareable reveal link.
The receiver opens the link, reveals the card, and follows the receiving flow shown on the gift page.
Payments
Current payment testing uses Cashfree sandbox or controlled local rehearsal flows. Sandbox transactions do not represent final live settlement.
Live payment settlement, refunds, captures, voids, and payouts will depend on the enabled payment provider mode and applicable provider rules.
User responsibility
Senders must enter accurate gift details and should share gift links only with intended receivers.
Receivers must enter correct UPI or receiving details when asked. Emora is not responsible for incorrect receiving information entered by a user.
Restrictions
Users must not use Emora for illegal transfers, fraud, harassment, misleading gifts, or any activity prohibited by law or payment provider rules.
Changes
Emora may update these terms as the product moves from sandbox testing to live payments.
